Classroom Layout

If you are tardy . . . 

In the back of the classroom, you will find a red tardy notebook.  Place your note in the pocket in the front of the binder.  Write your name, the date, and check either the excused or unexcused column.  Find your seat and get out your notebook.  Make sure you check in with us after class to see if you missed anything.

Seating Arrangements

Seats are assigned using a notecard system with your name on it.  Seats will change around once a week.

If you have to leave the room . . . 

In the back of the room you will find a clipboard and hall pass.  You must sign, date, and take both the clipboard and hall pass with you to the restroom.  Only one person may be out of the class at any time.  If I find that students are abusing this privilege, they may be asked to wait until the end of class.

If you feel like you need more help or a special accommodation in class (e.g., sitting in the front of the room, more time on tests), please don't hesitate to bring these things to our attention.
